Overhead re-route
A brand new line is run overhead and tied back in, bypassing the pipe in the slab entirely.
Sleeve the existing line
Where it's an option, we slide new pipe through the old leaking line and use it as a sleeve.

Greg from RESCOM was absolutely incredible. I was having issues with my toilet not flushing properly, along with my shower making a gurgling sound. He showed up promptly and was such a pleasure to work with. After he arrived he mentioned he was NOT going to charge me and wanted to build his business. I was blown away. He is extremely knowledgeable and it showed. He scoped the shower along with taking the toilet off and scoping the inside of that pipe. He was extremely adamant about finding where the blockage was which I was incredibly relieved and loving his passion for his business. The following day he showed up and dug a 24 inch trench and cut the pipe to scope inside. Used a high-pressure hose to spray in and blow out any debris or anything that was causing the pipes to slow drain. Then he used a motorized machine to remove roots or anything blocking the pipe. Water was flowing properly. (Side note he went to home depot twice for supplies needed) The following day he was going to install a P trap I did not have. I paid him for the supplies and for his labor. He is very reasonable with pricing. Talk about going above and beyond. Highly recommend. ☺️☺️ Check out the before and after photos!

I can’t recommend Greg enough! I had water pooling in the garage of one of my rental properties, I wasn’t entirely sure where it was coming from or what was causing it, so I gave Greg a call this morning. Within an hour or two, he was at the property and had the issue taken care of. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient, and his pricing was extremely fair! It’s not often you find someone who is so quick to respond, does quality work, and genuinely takes care of their customers. Hired him to handle the plumbing and drainage for a concrete pour we were doing. He got all the drain lines laid out, set to the right elevations and slope, and had everything positioned correctly before we poured the slab. Showed up when he said he would, worked well with the concrete crew, and did a great job. Definitely knows what he’s doing.
